projects

Having the hardest time finding lye without having to have it delivered.

Have epoxy-putty drying on my horn where i drilled a hole to put an earring and the cat knocked it off the table and it broke.

Soup tonight. And egads!!! PICKLES!!! So many frikkin pickles!

Have to flip through the packet and put the finishing touches on my Dungeons and Dragons charachter because we finally got a DM!!

Iron-on interfacing for Issy's new outfit. Huh?? (Getting lots of help from Tam for this one due to the blowing-up effect I have on sewing machines.)

And still with the beads. It's hard to rationalize to myself using plastic beads for NERO, but if they *look* like natural materials... And shell is hard to drill through!

My day off is when I get all my work done.

Comments

Have you tried a hardware or garden store for the lye? I believe it's sometimes sold as a soil additive.

I look forward to seeing Issy's new outfit. I don't have time to do anything fancy before next event, so I'm just basting washers into the bodice I wore the first time. Really I'm just hoping the part comes for my machine so I can finish my gobby projects.

Enjoy your day off!
I looked online at hardware stores, but didn't think of garden supply stores. I'll have to check that out. Thanks.
