if you comment asking for me to fill this out for you:

1. I'll respond with something random I like about you.
2. I'll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you.
3. I'll name something we should do together.
4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me (or just me).
5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you.
6. I'll leave you a quote that is somehow appropriate to you.
7. I'll ask you something that I've always wondered about you.
8. If I do this for you, you should post this on your journal so you can do the same for other people.

Comments

sure

why not? I'm bored :)

These always take longer than I expect.

1. I like it when I can hear you laugh because it means you're comfortable. When you're not you laugh so no one can hear you.
2. Pi. Because I think your brain does that.
3. We should have a spa day. Get massages and seaweed wraps and manicures and stuff.
4. Tasty elf sandwich.
5. My first memory of you is as Mori when Issy took you under her wing. You played along with my silliness and bent down to beneath my shoulder blade and just looked cute at me.
6. "I hear a voice, 'You must learn to stand up for yourself cause I can't always be around.'...I tell you that I'll always want you near. You say that 'things change my dear.'" Tori Amos, Winter. She's singing about her dad.
7. What is it you like about computers so much?
:) Sure, do me! (that sounded dirty)
1. I like that you have a lush garden in an apartment complex.
2. New Fiona song, Extraordinary Machine.
3. We should win the lottery together and give the bastards who kept us down so long the finger.
4. Don't tell anyone but, *looks around* we're girls.
5. "Our Rogue Is Behind You" First time I met you.
6. "I get knocked down, but I get up again. You're never gonna keep me down."
7. How did you discover your strong associations with Bear?
"Our Rogue Is Behind You" ROFL. Best use of breasts *ever*

I'll have to check out the new Fiona, I haven't heard it yet :)

My association with Bear... that's a bit of a long story, so bear with me ;)

From a young age, I felt closest to wolves and lions. When I started on the pow-wow circuit, the elders always told me that no person existed with equal connection to both canine and feline spirits - it was always one or the other. I spent years trying to figure out which half was stronger.

Then, one pow-wow day, I came across a storyteller. I hung out with her and helped her (playing Bear in her stories), and in exchange for my help, she allowed me to pick one of her "spirit stones" (stones painted with totems or pictures on them) as payment.

I went through her whole basket. She was an amazing artist and there were many beautiful stones. Way at the bottom, there was this plain white stone, with a black bear on it. Of all the elaborate paintings, that one called to me. I still have it, because it was my first very big sign that I was Bear.

When I asked the elders why I couldn't decide between cats or dogs, they asked me if I'd had dreams about animals, or if I'd ever received an odd sign from an animal.

When I looked back at my life, I realized that I had a lot of dreams that I was a bear, or carried on the back of a bear, or eaten by a bear. I'd found that simple bear stone in a huge pile. I'd come face to face with bears. I saw bears on TV and just *knew* their body language.

It took me years to realize, but I'd always been Bear - which is viewed as the middle ground between the Pack loyalty of a dog and the independent strength of a cat. The elders let me find my way there, and once I was there, everything just clicked. My behaviour made sense to me, I knew how to seek guidance, I understood that feral growl that came from inside.

Finding Bear was probably the biggest thing in my growth as a person. Which is really funny, because I didn't know until Bear whalloped me over the head that I *was* Bear.
Hoyce feels brave.
1. I am opting to use 'random' as the opperative word. I like that your beard is a strikingly different color than your hair. There is a line of demarcation.
2. Ravenous. "Run!"
3. We should go to a museum together so you can nerd at me with props. I might get what you're saying more with visual aids. ;-)
4. Shut uuup!
5. One of my earliest memories of you is learning the hard way how not to wake you up. Don't feel bad, it's kind of a funny, sweet memory for me.
6. "Do you know what nemesis means? A righeous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent, personified in this case by a horrible cunt, me." Snatch -Bricktop
7. Do you have a favorite kind of meat, and if so, what is it?

I am also amazed by how many people have seen this thign in my LJ and yet no one requests me to do so. :(

Re: Tag

Probably because you seem to primarily post about your D.J. stuff, it is presumed that you don't put actual personal shit on your LJ. That's my assumption anyway...

Re: Tag

I don't remember seeing this in your LJ. (I can barely remember how to spell my name at the moment.) So do it for me anyway!

1. I like that you DJ in a geek shirt.
2. It isn't so much a song as an adaptation of a song that Eric does when he substitutes Ramstein lyrics with things like "do your homework, eat your broccoli..."
3. We should read comics together. Then we can have an Oprah-style book discussion. LoL
4. You and I don't really have any inside jokes or profound insights, which is a shame. So i'll say something that means something to me when thinking of you. Bitches be crazy.
5. My first memory of you is as Issy and LoJo when I asked why you had an 'H' on your forhead and you told me you were sensitive about it. Issy felt bad.
6. It's always the quiet ones. -cliche
7. What do you do when you're not DJing?

Oh!

I know you probably don't have most of this stuff for me, but oh, please! Do me! :)
