complaints

 I'm tired.
I don't mean as of this moment.  Tired is pervasive most every moment.
I can be on 3 different uppers and still have no energy.
But I've made it to work every day this week, and on time.  Early, even.
Headaches.
Bruises.  I never used to bump into things on my own.  Now I can hardly make it to work without a new bruise.
Windows.  There are none in my office.  It's dark when I leave home and dark when I get home.
There are other, more positive things going on, but I can't find them right now.  Too tired to go looking.

Anemia? I dunno. When I was anemic I felt like that a lot. I feel like that a lot right now, but I'm pretty sure I know what's causing that :)

Feel better.

From your friend also in a windowless workspace.

xoxo
(((hug))) Definately anemic. But they said it wasn't bad.

me too!

You know...I've been bumping into things a lot lately (well in the last few months). It's as if I am losing my sense of spatial placement...

Re: me too!

that's not the only placement i'm losing sense of, but yeah. sounds about right
Any anemia can make the seasonal effects on folks this time of year all the worse. When stuck in a lot of exhaustion, and meds aren't affecting it, my fall back is to take one Gentle Iron pill and one B-complex vitamin. Those two in combo usually help keep the exhausted-buzzing at the back of my mind quiet until the sun returns.

Oh, and full-spectrum lightbulbs at home. If'n you'd like, I think we may have an extra kicking around in our lightbulb hoard that we'd be happy to share.
We did make the switch to full spectrum a while back...but not in the lights I use in the morning. I use the dim, low wattage, out of the way bulbs to avoid waking the roomies since I leave at 6:30am.

My CVS stopped carrying the Gentle Iron. Bastards!
I know you've been tested probably for everything under the sun, but is there a chance that you have food allergies?

Also, bioflavonoids are good for preventing bruises. If you can take vitamin C supplements, try to find one with bioflavonoids.

I take a multi-vit most mornings to help keep me going and I drink lots of tea, which, while high in the bioflavinoids, inhibits iron uptake...
