Your body needs certain things to carry out normal functions and processes that keep you alive and healthy. Carbohydrates are one of these things. They are part of the process. Fats too. True, you don't need excessive ammounts of hydrogenated fats and over-refined flours. It's about moderation, people. The Atkins diet is bad for you. Stop it.
