My legs are a bit sore from a long walk yesterday carrying lots of fruit.  It's good for me.  I've been knitting some wool from a cone into lace.  After crocheting, I forgot how slow knitting can be. The sticky paper I was using to hold my place lost its stick, so I made my very first powerpoint presentation.  It has 24 slides, on each slide is a row of pattern.  :-)  It helps a ton.  Know what else helps a ton?  The warm and sunny days we've been having.  Sadly, I'm still having stress dreams and restless sleep.  Several things that are not under my control are not happening as scheduled and I'm annoyed.  But there's nothing I can do to make the online class (that was supposed to start early last month) start or to make the new therapist call me to schedule an appointment. What I CAN do is work on my CBT, get things done around the house, and expand my brain space with focus and concentration.
