training dayz

So I'm doing some serious diet and exercise training for the next 3 months.  I've cut grains and sugar and foods that are almost pure carb (rice, potatoes).  I did a ton of upper body exercises yesterday, and today it's lower body.  I have let myself go and there is no excuse not to get back into a shape I can be proud of.  Push-ups and squats make up the bulk of the work, but I did borrow some dumbbells from Marc for some light weight training.

Tink has hardly eaten in 2 days and won't leave my side if I'm home.  I have a bad feeling.  :-/ 

The temperature and light increases are helping my mood and motivation considerably.  So is having someone interested in my progress/process.  Oh, attention.  I thrive on it.
