wtf??

C'mon, body!  I've been being good to you!  I've been giving you healthy stuff and avoiding junk.  I've been stretching and walking and resting.  Can we fast forward to the part where I'm feeling good about the changes I'm making??  This behavior does not make me want to continue with these changes.  The idea is to feel better, after all.  So why do I feel worse??
